No Stream?

To tackle this problem, you need to check to make sure you have the right programs installed on your computer. Are you running Windows? Then you have to have the latest version of Windows Media Player. Click here to download/install Windows Media Player. You will also need the latest version of Real Player. If you are using a Mac OS X 10.3 on it, you need to download the Flip4Mac Quicktime WMV Component. The reason for this is that Microsoft and more importantly, Windows Media Player are no longer supported with Macs. However, do not fret, the Flip4Mac is 100 percent compatible.

What Browser Do I need?

You also need to make sure you are not using a non-graphical web browser either. The most stable and reliable version that works with our web site is the Mozilla FireFox ( ). The first time you go to watch one of the internet television channel or use the site, you need to make sure that you accept the pluggins requested by either FireFox or IE. The Pluggins are needed to read the streams from TVsPlanet.Com.

Why does my TV Stream freeze up and how can I stop it?

Before switching from one TV to another, we recommend to stop the first one by hitting the Pause button on your screen. You can also open the TV stream directly into your Player if you find that it doesn’t want to play directly from the site (just clic the "External" button). If you find that the link will still not play or is broken, do not hesitate to contact us; that is what we are here for.

I can see the TV Stream but I cannot hear it.

The first thing to do is check that your speakers are turned on and connected. Then you need to make sure that you can hear sounds coming from your computer. If you are not sure whether or not your computer is playing sounds, you can adjust the volume control and listen for a beep sound. This will also tell you if the sound on your computer is turned up enough for you to be able to hear noise from it. You can also open a media file in your computer to see if it plays and you can hear the music from it.

If none of these works, and you still don’t hear anything, then you need to check to see if your sound drivers are set up correctly. You can do this by clicking on the speaker icon in your taskbar and see if the volume properties appear on your screen. If not, then you need to update your drivers before going any further.

For those of you using a Mac, go to your control panel and click on the System Preferences under the Apple Menu in the left corner of the screen. Check to make sure all of the sliders are at their full capacity. You should also hear a short beep sound when moving them around.

If you can't hear sound from your Player and all the settings above are corrects, you may simply need to upgrade your Player. Never forget that we are here to help and you can email our support technicians with any issues you have using our web site. We will, of course, ask if you have used all the resources available to you and you need to also provide us with your computers specifications as well.

Okay I can hear the TV Stream but I cannot see the picture.

The first step is to make sure your Media Player is up to date and is the latest version available. If not, then you need to upgrade your Media Player. Another very real possibility is that your Media player is not configured properly and you are viewing the video through your RealPlayer. In this case you can choose to adjust this yourself or allow Windows to dot he works for you by simply reinstalling the program.

If none of these works, we might be having a problem with that internet television channel and are working to correct the problem. I remind you that anytime you have any issues not covered above or are still having problems when you attempt to fix it, please feel free to email us. Remember we need your computer’s specifications and we ask that you try the steps above to resolve the issue.
